MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNICIAN – INSTRUCTOR/ TRAINER

Department- Training

Location- Delhi

  • Required MD Laboratory or DMLT or BMLT, or B.Sc./M.Sc. in microbiology/clinical microbiology/pathology
  • Train Medical Laboratory Technician on job role
  • Work on training related projects as needed
  • Deliver training in a clinical practice or healthcare setting and support assessment process
  • He/ She will be responsible to develop course syllabus, outlines, and lesson plans for curriculum courses assigned
  • Reviews and selects appropriate course and instructional materials and medium for the classes to be taught
  • Monitors and records student progress during the course.
  • Conduct regular tests or other evaluation methods to evaluate students’ progress and give feedback on exercises, homework assignments, and tests conducted during training.
  • He/ She will also participate in curriculum reviews for improvement and changes in courses.
  • Makes continuous contact in the assigned field to explain courses and curriculums taught at the Institute
  • Should have knowledge about methods of teaching for assigned courses, educational theory, practical and processes including curriculum design, lesson outlines and classroom presentations

OPERATION THEATRE TECHNICIAN – INSTRUCTOR/ TRAINER

Department- Training

Location- Delhi

  • Medical Graduate – 3 Years of experience as assistant in operation theatre OR B.Sc. Nursing/GNM – 5 Years of experience as assistant in operation theatre OR Diploma in Operation Theatre Technician / Operation Theatre Assistant – 5 Years of experience in operation theatre.
  • Train Operation Theatre Technician on job role.
  • Work on training related projects as needed.

SR. MANAGER / HEAD– PLACEMENT

Department- Placement

Location- Delhi

  • Graduation / Post-Graduation any specialization with 6 to 12 years in students placement.
  • Preferable who has exposer to healthcare sector.
  • Person would be responsible for all placement and arranging training program for soft skills and for interview facing skills for the students using institutional and external expertise.
  • Dealing with companies/hospitals, tie up for the Placements.
  • To look after the training and placement activities of students.
  • To have close liaison with industry/corporates for placement of students.
  • To collect feedback from the companies coming for placement.
  • To ensure 100% placement and new collaboration pan India.
  • Open for traveling.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to draft correspondences and other communications quickly with minimum direction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Adobe Pro), email, database use, and Outlook- calendar management.
  • Must be able to interact and communicate with a diverse community.

DT (DIALYSIS TECHNICIAN) INSTRUCTOR

Department – Training

Location –Delhi

  • B.Sc. in Dialysis Technology or Medical Graduate through any of the recognized universities with 3 year of experience in dialysis center/department or BSc. nursing/ GNM with 5 year of experience in dialysis center/department.
  • The Trainer should have sound technical knowledge of dialysis and dialysis. associated procedures and will be responsible for providing training in classroom settings or hospital clinical settings.
  • The trainer will also be responsible for facilitating the implementation process.
  • Exceptional presentation skills, strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Formal training of discussions on topics pertaining dialysis therapy.
  • Experience in the field of management in dialysis unit with regard to the accessories and Consumables.
  • Experience in evaluating the effectiveness of training courses and trainer should be a fluent speaker.
  • Experience such as an extensive background in Healthcare as an implementer or trainer.
  • The trainer should be in a position to speak on any topic at 10 minutes’ notice.
  • Having a thorough knowledge of infection control in dialysis procedures, standard working practices in dialysis centers.

  • Develops lectures, classroom activities, laboratory, hands-on exercises, and/or actual work site exercises for students to participate and learn.

GDA (GENERAL DUTY ASSISTANT) INSTRUCTOR

Department – Training

Location –Delhi

  • B.Sc. (Nursing) with on 1 year of experience or GNM with 3 years of experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in educational activities, Facilitate the adult learning process by developing, planning, and presenting educational activities and directly or indirectly fostering the development of competence in the GDA/ Nursing staff.
  • He/ She will be responsible for ensuring educational activities essential for GDA’s (General Duty Assistant) also called as “Nursing Care Assistants”, “Nursing Assistants”, “Nursing Aides”, “Bedside Assistants”, or “Orderlies” when working in a hospital environment.
  • Should be able to teach GDA courses and instruct students using a variety of instruction modalities.
  • Responsible to review course curriculum for GDA program and update accordingly.
  • Planning Organizing & conducting the in service Training for GDA staff & evaluating the Performance & Knowledge Level.
  • Monitoring of Various GDA Quality Indicators.
  • Developing industry contacts with various Hospitals for OJT and placements.

 

X-RAY / RADIOLOGY TECHNICIAN INSTRUCTOR

Department – Training

Location – Delhi

  •  2 Years Radiological Assistant Course or 2 Years Diploma in Radiography with minimum 5 years of experience in a reputed Hospital / Diagnostic center.
  • B.Sc. in Radiography with minimum 3 years of experience in a reputed hospital / Diagnostic center. Candidates with prior teaching experience will be preferred A Science Graduate with Diploma/Degree in Radiology.
  • Trainer will be responsible for providing training in classroom as well as in different hospital settings. Trainer will also be responsible for facilitating the implementation process.
  • Candidate should have experience of 2-5 years as trainer/instructor with a renowned institute.
  • The Trainer should have sound technical knowledge of Radiographic procedures.
  • Should be well versed with advanced Imaging modalities such as CT Scan and MRI.
  • Should have good command over English/ Hindi and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Should be able to design, develop and deliver training programs independently.
  • Develop Action plans and report out the improvement process in training reviews.
  • Energetic & presentable with a desire to make healthcare training as a career.

 

STUDENT MOBILIZER/ MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Department – Business Development

Location –Delhi

  • Graduation any specialization / PG any specialization 1 to 3 years of experience in educational sales and Marketing.
  • He will be responsible for Coordinating & planning of end to end activities for student mobilization. Handle student queries and help them understand the courses that we offer.
  • Maintain and update necessary report for Centre Coordinator.
  • Coordinating & planning of end to end activities for student mobilization.
  • Have a detailed understanding of the courses offered in our center.
  • Ensuring 100% student strength for all batches at the center.
  • Understand the market requirements on courses that are highly marketable and update.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of software applications including MS word, Excel, Internet.
  • Comfortable for field work and travelling.
  • Must be keen to work as student Mobilizer.

EMT (EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNICIAN) INSTRUCTOR / TRAINER

Department – Training

Location –Delhi

  • Medical graduate possessing additional qualification in Emergency Medicine or Post Graduate Diploma in EMS.(BSC-Trauma Care, BHMS, BAMS, BDS, MBBS + PG Diploma in EMS).
  • BLS, ACLS, ITLS provider/Instructor level, candidate shall be preferred.
  • 2 year of teaching experience of medical subjects (especially Emergency Medicine/EMS).
  • Trainer shall be providing trainings (Theory and Skills and Clinical) to EMT Basic/Advanced Students in Classroom, Field as well as in-hospital set ups.
  • Trainer shall be primarily responsible for training delivery, Post Training assessments and should also be flexible to take additional responsibility of training.
  • Responsible to review course curriculum for EMS training programmers and update according to AHA guidelines.
  • Good presentation & Demonstration skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic Computer skills (e.g. Power Point, Microsoft word) with understanding of Audio visual Devices (Teaching with use of PPTs on projector screen).
  • Exposure to in-hospital settings (clinical).
  • Record keeping .
  • Must assesses education needs in relation to the quality and performance improvement program and standard.
  • Trainer shall also be flexible to involve into other corporate trainings as on when required.
